Welcome to my new video of making Schezwan Chutney. It is used for schezwan fried rice but it can also be used as condiment and dips.

Ingredients for Schezwan Chutney
     Take dried red chillis - 1 small bowl
     Water
     Edible Oil - 2 tbsp
     Ginger - 1 tbsp
     Garlic - 7-8 cloves
     Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
     Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
     Salt
     Vinegar - 2 tbsp
     Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
     Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp

How to make Schezwan Chutney
1. Grind the red chili into a fine paste by adding little water.
2. Preheat the pan with 2 tbsp of edible oil.
3. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Roast it till they turn golden brown.
4. Add the red chili paste to the pan.
5. Mix thoroughly on low flame.
6. Add 1/2 cup of water.
7. Let the mixture boil for 3-4 mins.
8. Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1.5 tbsp of sugar, and 2 tbsp vinegar.
9. Stir the mixture well.
10. Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, and salt and let it cook for another 4-5 mins.
11. Mix well and serve.
Serve and Enjoy!
