But our chips will have less calories given the fact that we use almost no oil.
Ingredients for Potato Chips
Potato - 3 medium-sized
Salt
Edible Oil - 1 teaspoon
Cold Water
How to make Potato Chips
1. Peel off the potatoes and slice them into chips like shape. You can use food processor or slicer for the same.
2. Soak potato chips in cold water for about 20-25 minutes and let the starch separate out.
3. Dry the chips properly with a piece of clean cloth.
4. Add oil and salt to the dried potatoes and toss properly.
5. Spread them in Air Fryer for 10 mins at 160 degrees
